Wilesco Stirling Engine Helicopter Kit is simple to assemble; great beginner kit! The engine runs on a single beeswax candle (one included) and is made of metal, brass and glass.
The hot air engine was invented in 1816. By heating and cooling the air, thermal energy is transformed into kinetic energy. Heated with candle light (item no. 01434) this little engine drives the propeller. You will take delight in watching the helicopter run - it is quite the conversation piece!
